Named Accountable GP

In accordance with the requirements of NHS England, every patient has been allocated a named doctor. The details of your named doctor are available on request. If you are over 75 or on the unplanned admissions care scheme, you will have been advised by letter who your named GP is.

Please note, this is for administrative purposes, you are free to see whichever clinician you are used to/comfortable seeing. You do not need to see your named doctor.
