NEW TELEPHONE NUMBERS FOR THE PRACTICE
Following the work completed by the Patient Participation Group alongside the Practice, the new telephone numbers went live this afternoon.
So, in place of the 0844 number, patients now have the following options;
Any surgery: 0300 456 2305
Istead Rise or Shorne Surgery Patients: 01474 247003
Summerhouse Surgery Patients: 01322 402210 (Your existing number)
The 0844 number will stay in place for a period until patients have had time to get used to the new numbers, then it will vanish for ever!

Out of Hours (Revised March 2013)
The out of hours service has changed - from March 2013 the service (and NHS Direct) has been taken over by NHS 111
Simply dial 111 when we are closed to access the appropriate service.

Patient Participation Group (Added July 2011.)
The Practice is setting up a new Patient Group, who will be working alongside us to help develop/improve services. The first meeting was held on 20th July at Istead Rise Surgery, with represetatives from all three surgeries and a guest speaker from the Primary Care Trust to set the scene and provide guidance.
